摘要
为了配合仪器设备电气安全性能检测新国标的制定和实施,设计了符合IEC61010标准的耐压测试系统。测试系统包括程控电源、测试回路、信号采集、调理电路和单片机数据采集接口电路等部分。试验数据表明系统工作稳定,测试精度高。在0 ̄20mA的测试范围内,测试精度达到±(1.5%mA±0.05mA)。
For the establishment and execution of new state detection criterion, this paper introduces a withstand voltage test system which corresponds to the standard of IEC61010. This system is composed of a programmable power source, a test circuit, a signal sampler, a signal conditioner and a Single Chip Microcomputer. The experience data of this system show that the system is stable. Good accuracy of test can be achieved. Test precision is ±(1.5%±0.05mA) if leakage current within 0mA-20mA.
