摘要
目的:研究马来酸替加色罗2种晶型的物理性质。方法:运用傅立叶变换红外光谱、拉曼光谱、热分析和粉末 X-射线衍射法研究马来酸替加色罗的晶型。结果:运用不同的重结晶溶剂,马来酸替加色罗可形成2种晶型,这2种晶型的熔点一致,它们的 DSC 和 TG 曲线都相同。但他们的红外光谱、拉曼光谱和粉末 X-射线衍射图谱均存在着差异。结论:红外光谱、拉曼光谱和粉末 X-射线衍射图谱可作为鉴别马来酸替加色罗晶型的方法。
Objective:To investigate the physical characters of the two crystal forms of tegaserod maleate. Methods:FTIR, Raman spectroscopy, thermal analysis and powder X - ray diffraction were applied to study the crystal forms of tegaserod maleate. Results: Crystallized from different solvents, tegaserod maleate has two crystal forms. Both of the crystal forms of tegaserod maleate have same melting points, their DSC and TG curves are same, too. But their IR spectra, Raman spectroscopy, and powder X - ray diffraction patterns are different. Conclusion: FTIR, Raman spectroscopy and powder X - ray diffraction are the effective methods to characterize the two crystal forms of tegaserod maleate.
