摘要
利用灵敏度分析方法,探讨了载人飞船光学窗口温度场的表示方法。同时利用Ideas TM G及Zem ax软件,分析了温度水平变化、轴向温差、径向温差和周向温差对光学窗口热光学误差的影响。分析和试验结果表明:径向温差和周向温差对光学窗口的热光学误差影响较大,而轴向温差和温度水平变化的影响很小。在制定光学窗口的热控制策略时,应对径向温差和周向温差进行重点控制。
The sensitivity analysis method was used to calculate the temperature field in an optical window of a manned spaceship with the thermo-optical errors resulting from the temperature drift and the axial, radial and circumferential temperature gradients calculated using the Ideas TMG and Zemax softwares. Analytical and experimental results show that the optical window thermo-optical errors are sensitive to the radial and circumferential temperature gradients and that the effects of the temperature drift and the axial temperature gradient can be neglected. Therefore, the radial and circumferential temperature gradients must he carefully controlled in an optical window thermal control system.
