摘要
目的探讨玻璃注射器(注射器)最有效的洗涤、灭菌方法。方法(1)注射器洗涤:按不同消毒剂浸泡分成三效热原灭活剂组、绿先锋组和过氧乙酸组。(2)注射器灭菌:每组注射器洗涤后分别采用2种灭菌方法:即脉动真空蒸汽灭菌方法和下排气压力蒸汽灭菌方法。(3)洗涤灭菌效果监测采用细菌培养;细菌内毒素检测和隐血试验。结果共随机检测注射器480副。其中三效热原灭活剂组115副采用脉动真空蒸汽灭菌和45副采用下排气压力蒸汽灭菌,经细菌培养、细菌内毒素检测和隐血试验全部阴性;绿先锋组和过氧乙酸组每组各115副采用脉动真空蒸汽灭菌,经细菌培养、细菌内毒素检测和隐血试验全部阴性,此2组各45副采用下排气压力蒸汽灭菌,细菌培养和隐血试验全部阴性,而经细菌内毒素检测分别有2.2%(1/45)和11.1%(5/45)阳性。结论三效热原灭活剂组采用脉动真空蒸汽灭菌和下排气压力蒸汽灭菌,绿先锋组和过氧乙酸组采用脉动真空蒸汽灭菌都能有效地杀灭细菌,清除细菌内毒素和残留血迹。
Objective To explore the most effective methods of washing and sterilizing glass syringes. Methods ( 1 ) Syringe washing: All of glass syringes were divided into 3 groups : one group was soaked by Tri-effective pyretogen inactivator, one group was soaked by CLO2 disinfectant, and one group was soaked by peracetic acid. All of the 3 groups were washed by the same methods. (2) Syringe sterilizing: Each group was divided into 2 parts : one was sterilized by down-draining steam (DDS) , and the other was sterilized by pulse- vacuum steam (PVS). (3) Effect monitoring of syringe washing and sterilizing: Each group was detected by germicuhure (GC), bacterial endotoxin (BE) and remain bloodstain (RB). Resuits 480 glass syringes were randomly detected. Of the 3 groups, each group has 115 syringes sterilized by PVS and 45 syringes sterilized by DDS. In the group of Tri-effective pyretogen inactivator, the results of GC, BE, and RB test of all syringes sterilized by PVS or DDS were negative. In group of CLO2 disinfectant sterilized by PVS and the group of peracetic acid sterilized by PVS, the results of GC, BE, and RB test were negative. In group of CLO2 disinfectant sterilized by DDS and the group of peracetic acid sterilized by DDS, the results of GC and RB test were negative, but the result of BE was positive for 2.2% (1/45) in CLO2 disinfectant group and 11.1% (5/45) in peracetic acid group. Conclusion Washed by Tri-effeetive pyretogen inactivator and sterilized by PVS (or DDS) could clean GC, BE and RB effectively. Washed by CLO2 disinfectant (or peracetic acid) and sterilized by PVS could make the same outcome.
