摘要 目的:建立牙周支持正常及受损条件下颌固定义齿的三维有限元模型,为口腔生物力学的研究和优化修复体的设计提供研究手段。方法:采用先进的牙CT技术和计算机图像处理系统及Solidworks 2001有限元软件相结合的方法。结果:建立了牙周支持正常及受损条件下下颌骨及后牙固定桥的三维有限元模型。所建立的模型重现牙颌组织的形态、结构相似性好,能够进行三维显示,模型可编辑性强,并可模拟不同工作状况模型各部分的力学改变。结论:该模型可用于牙颌系统生物力学的研究。
