摘要
超声电机是一个复杂的机电耦合系统,其理论模型是电机设计中的重点和难点。本文对近20年来旋转型行波电机的理论建模进行了较全面总结,提出现今面临的新课题。提出经过子系统分析在状态空间中建立整个系统理论模型的思路,该模型将使超声电机的性能预测更准确更方便,为超声电机的优化设计打下基础。
Ultrasonic motor is a complicated electromechanical coupling system and its theoretical model is not only difficult but also very important. Based on the review of the state of arts of three different functional sections of a traveling wave type ultrasonic motor, the paper summarizes the theoretical models in the last twenty years. Meanwhile the trends in the field are discussed. Furthermore some ways of thinking are provided to establish a theoretical model for the whole system, and the analyses of its subsystems are proposed to derive the state equations of the traveling wave type ultrasonic motor system, which is helpful for accurate and convenient performance prediction and optimization design.
