摘要
为解决炼钢-连铸-热轧一体化生产计划编制问题,建立了一种一体化生产计划模型体系,将一体化生产计划编制这个复杂优化问题分解为5个局部优化问题。每一个局部优化问题采用多模型协作方式来编制各自范围内的生产计划,5个部分之间采用多系统协作方式完成一体化生产计划的编制。通过实际一体化生产计划软件系统的开发与应用,表明这种模型体系可以很好解决一体化计划编制问题。
In order to solve the problem of steelmaking-continuous casting-hot rolling (SM-CC-HR) integrated production planning, a model system of SM-CC-HR integrated production planning is suggested. It decomposes the optimization problem of integrated production planning into five local optimization problems. Each local optimization system can produce its production plan by using multi-model cooperation, and the integrated production plan is produced by the five local optimization systems with the mode of multi-systems cooperation. The development and application of that the integrated production planning software shows the model system is feasible.
