摘要
从中小企业的具体情况出发,针对其经营特点和管理中存在的问题,总结出中小企业对ERP产品的要求,并对适合的产品选型模式进行了深入的分析,最后从深层次的角度分析了当前中小企业实施ERP系统中应该注重的转变管理思想、流程重组、数据管理、人员培训等关键因素。
Proceeding from the idiographic situation of middle and small enterprise, aiming at its business feature and problems existing in the management, the article summarizes the request of middle and small enterprise for ERP product, and deeply analyses the appropriate product-selecting model and.finally .from the profound point of view; analyses the key factors that the middle and small enterprise should pay attention to in the implementing af ERP system such as changing management peasee, business flow reengineering, data management, personnel training and so on.
