工程造价管理在国民经济发展中起着重要作用,如何合理有效地控制工程造价,一直是人们关注和研究的问题。此文从理性的角度阐述工程造价的基本内容和具体控制过程,并着重对施工阶段工程造价的控制进行分析和探讨。
Engineering cost management plays an important role in the development of national economy and how to effectively get the cost under control is one of the problems calling for the attention and study of those concerned. This article expounds, from the angle of reason, the basic content and specific control process, and performs an analysis and exploration mainly of the engineering cost control in the construction phase.
