摘要
作为中国渐进式改革的一种内生现象,民营经济发展过程中制度化演进的迟滞使得其在发展过程中面临一系列的障碍。由于制度供给和需求不能很好地匹配而导致的制度性缺失是目前制约民营经济“做强做大”的首要因素。因此,只有通过各层面的制度创新,加大针对民营经济的有效制度供给,并形成良性的制度互补,为其发展营造一个良好的制度环境,才能真正意义上推进民营经济的发展。
As an endogenous phenomenon of China＇s gradual reform, private economy is faced with a series of obstacles in the process of development due to its sluggish institutional evolution. The improper matching between the supply and demands of institution leads to institutional shortage, which is the key factor that hinders the fast development of private economy. The development of private economy can be really promoted only through institutional innovation and benign institutional conjunction.
