摘要
目的了解初中生自杀倾向及其相关因素的现状,为采取相应的干预措施提供依据。方法采用多阶段分层整群抽样方法,在北京、杭州、武汉、乌鲁木齐4个城市随机选取100所初中学校的学生9 015名进行全球学校学生健康调查中国问卷调查。结果在过去12个月里,17.4%的初中生曾认真想过自杀,8.2%的初中生曾做过自杀计划,不同城市、性别、年龄、年级之间初中生自杀倾向报告率的差别有统计学意义,情感、友谊、应对压力的技能对初中生自杀倾向有影响。结论初中阶段是开展自杀预防与干预的关键时期,为初中生提供情感支持与生活技能培养非常紧迫。
Objective To study the suicidal attempts and the influencing factors among junior middle school students, and to provide evidence for the intervention measures. Methods By using a stratified cluster sampling method,9 015 students from 1130 junior middle schools in Beijing, Hangzhou, Wuhan and Urumuqi were chosen randomly to complete Chinese questionnaire on Global School Students Health Survey (GSHS). Results During the past 12 months, 17.4% of the students had ever seriously considered attempting suicide and 8.2% of students had ever planed to committee a suicide. There were significances between cities, genders, ages and grades. Emotion, friendship and skills on coping stress had effects on suicide attempts of students. Conclusion The phase in junior middle school is the key time of suicide prevention and intervention. It is very urgent to offer emotion support and living skills training in junior middle schools.
