透过“X/Y测试”看条件合作

摘要 本研究设计了“X/Y测试”,并通过“X/Y测试”去模拟仿真封闭性群体中的竞争与合作。在统计分析的基础上,探讨信息交互方式、群体认同度、收益排名和决策收益变化度等因素对条件合作收益的影响力度。由于本研究较为系统地分析了条件合作,并为其提供了科学理论依据。因此它对实际工作有一定的启发和借鉴作用。
