9例胰肾联合移植术后急性排斥反应的早期观察与护理 被引量：8

摘要 对9例胰肾联合移植术后发生急性排斥反应的病人进行回顾性总结,认为应注意早期观察和护理,重视术后发热、腹胀、乏力、食欲减退及情绪变化的观察,注意观察每日尿色、尿量,连续监测肾脏及胰腺功能,以早期发现、早期诊断、早期治疗胰肾联合移植的急性排斥反应。本组经治疗后移植物功能均恢复正常。
