一种视频交通检测器的设计与实现

摘要 提出了一种基于视频的交通流检测方法,并对车流量、车型、车速、拥挤程度等参数进行了提取,用VC++6.0在微机上进行了实现,实际结果证明,该系统具有较高的识别效果和环境适应性。 This paper presents traffic detection method based on video. Some important traffic parameters such as traffic flow, vehicle type and grade of traffic jam are obtained. It is implemented with VC＋＋6.0 on computer and the practical results indicate that the system has good identification capability and environmental adaptability.
