摘要
介绍在使用智能功率模块IPM过程中所遇到的几个问题,分析其产生的原因,给出解决方案,并在实际应用中验证其可行性。实验结果表明该方案设计合理、性能可靠。
Some questions existed in the using of intelligent power module are introduced, and the reasons that product them are analyzed. And also some methods have been given in this article , which are proved in the practical applications . The results of the experiment indicates that this method are designed reasonable and can work reliably.
