摘要
简要介绍工业以太网/实时以太网及其组织/生产厂商,分析以太网的优势,研究以太网应用于工业现场所面临的各种问题,特别是通信实时性/确定性问题,指出解决措施。给出以太网在工业自动化领域中应用的两种基本网络架构:混合网络架构与全以太网网络架构及其各种型式;亦给出选择主流工业以太网应用层的一些建议。
Industrial EtherNet /real time EtherNet and its organization/vendor were introduced briefly, the conception of broad sense fieldbus and narrow sense fieldbus as well as the standpoint of industrial EtherNet belonging to broad sense fieldbus were put forward. EtherNet's predominance was analyzed, and various problems that EtherNet faced in the industrial field were studied, especially the issue of realtime/ deterministic communication, measure of resolution were pointed out. The two basic network architecture used in the application of EtherNet in industrial automation field were provided: mixture network architecture, complete EtherNet network architecture and all kinds of forms; some advice of selecting mainstream industrial EtherNet application layer were also provided. The job of this paper may possess certain significance for promoting the application of EtherNet in the industrial field.
