摘要
首先定性分析出在一定压力下,磨粒在等直径、不同圆柱段长度的喷嘴出口处存在 一个最大速度;然后运用大型CFD商业软件Fluent 6.1.18对在一定压力下,其他结构一定而不同 圆柱段长度的不锈钢喷嘴内液固两相流进行数值模拟,得到出口处磨粒速度最大的最佳长度的 喷嘴,斤对该喷嘴内液同两相流速度分布规律进行了分析,为前混合磨料水射流切割机制研究提 出了有意义的途径。
This paper firstly makes a qualitative analysis and concludes that abrasive grain exists a maximum velocity out of exit of nozzle under a certain pressure, the same diameter and different column sect's length. Then it applies the large CFD's two phase flow about the liquid and solid in the business software Fluent 6. 1.18 to numerically simulate stainless steel nozzle of different column' s length, gains a the best length' s nozzle when the velocity of abrasive grain is the largest out of exit of nozzle, and analyses the law of velocity' s distribution of two phase flow about the liquid and solid of this nozzle, puts forward meaningful ways for the research of cutting mechanism of DIA Jet.
