摘要
采用水蒸汽蒸馏的方法,对氧化油脂进行改质处理。通过正交试验确定最佳工艺参数。研究结果表明:经改质处理的氧化油脂可重新达到食用油的质量要求。
The oxide vegtable oils are prducted for improv their quality with water vapour distillation.The best technical prameter have been determined by means of orthogonal experiment. the research result are as follows the oxide vegetable oils of prduction can be achieve the guality requirements of edibile oils
