Development and Application of Light HVDC Transmission Technique

摘要 轻型高压直流输电是在电压源换流器和绝缘栅双极晶体管基础上开发出来的一种新型输电技术。它轻型、高效,具有可观的经济效益和环保价值,同时它的操作极其灵活且可大大改善电能质量。在阐述基本运行原理的基础上,介绍了当前世界上已建成的7个轻型直流输电工程的应用概况,并分析了轻型高压直流输电的特点和应用场合,指出了今后的发展方向和应用前景。 The light HVDC transmission is a new power transmission technology based on the voltage source converters (VSCs) and IGBT power semiconductors. It is of light and high efficiency and has considerable economic and environmental advantages. Its operation is fairly flexible and may improve the power quality greatly. The paper illustrates the general theory of light HVDC transmission and introduces briefly application of 7 light HVDC projects constructed in the world.
