肝动脉缓冲效应:机制及临床意义 被引量:5

摘要 肝动脉缓冲效应是肝脏自身调节血流量的重要生理功能,能够维持肝脏总血流量的相对稳定。“腺苷清除假说”是目前对肝动脉缓冲效应机制研究中较为公认的一种学说。肝动脉缓冲效应不仅在正常机体中具有重要的生理功能,而且在肝硬化、肝癌、肝移植、气腹术、休克等病理情况下具有重要的临床意义。
