摘要
结合中国科学院国家科学数字图书馆(简称CSDL)实践,比较国内外数字图书馆的项目管理,阐述项目管理办公室(PMO)如何通过管理创新来建设和运行数字图书馆,并以项目管理知识体系为主线归纳CSDL-PMO的组织结构、工作内容和运行模式,最后从系统平台社会化招投标、项目联合工作组等方面总结经验。
Project Management Office (PMO) enable the rapid deployment of many digital library programs and projects among regional or national library consortia. The author summarized the organizational framework, responsibility and technics to run PMO on the base of CSDL's best practice and other digital library initiatives of China such as NSTL,CALIS and D - Library. According to the PMBOK( Project Management Body of Knowledge), PMO play an active role in the process of Integrity management, scope management and quality management, with necessary staff,process and technology, PMO is capable of forming STM databases acquisiting consortia, sharing the univsersal information enviroment and training users among libraries of different organization.
