弹性镶嵌技术在后牙游离端缺失修复中的应用

摘要 目的:针对后牙游离端缺失,以弹性义齿技术与合金铸造支架技术相结合制作可摘义齿,观察其临床疗效。方法:通过物理镶嵌原理使弹性义齿材料与金属网格支架相结合,前牙区以弹性义齿仿龈卡环代替以往的金属卡环,尽量减少金属基托的体积。结果:经过2年多的临床应用,患者普遍感觉较美观、轻便、舒适,功能良好;客观检查前牙区美观,基牙及义齿稳固,抗摆动性能强于金属卡环。结论:弹性镶嵌技术针对后牙游离端缺失而言,不失为一种适合国情的新技术,完全符合设计目的。 Objective: To observe and evaluate the clinical effects on the restoration of flee end teeth loss. Methods: A combination of removable partial elastic denture with alloy casting frame was used in clinics. The elastic denture clasp was used as a substitute for the metal clasp in the anterior teeth. Results: After 2 years observation, most patient were satisfied with the elastic denture with alloy casting flame. It was more comfortable, portable and has better function, with esthetic effect in the anterior area. It had better stability compared with metal clasp. Conclusion: The elastic denture with alloy casting frame is a good and practical choice compared with casting clasp and precision attachment for the restoration of terminal teeth loss, which can fit the need of esthetics, stability, portability, cheapness and removing less dental tissue.
