摘要
通过连苯三酚和芳香醛在酸性条件下的缩合反应,制备5个连苯三酚型杯芳烃母体;利用溴乙酸乙酯在K2CO3/丙酮体系中对连苯三酚杯芳烃的酚羟基烃基化,得到全衍生物;在乙酸酐中回流得到相应的全乙酰氧基衍生物.化合物结构都用1H NMR和IR表征.
Five pyrogallolarenes have been synthesized by the acid catalyzed condensation of a series of aldehyde with pyrogallol in 95% ethanol at the temperature of 70℃ to 75℃ over a period of 3 days. Through the alkylation of ethyl bromacetate with these pyrogallolarenes in the condition of K2CO3/acetone and refluxing pyrogallolarenes in Ac2O, two kinds of ester derivatives containing ethoxyl carbonyl methoxyl and acetyl terminal groups, respectively,were easily obtained. All the organic compounds were characterized by IR and ^1HNMR spectroscopy.
