摘要
由甲苯二异氰酸酯、聚醚多元醇与二羟甲基丙酸反应制得聚氨酯预聚体,加入含侧氨乙基氨丙基聚二甲基硅氧烷齐聚物水乳液扩链改性,得到一系列有机硅改性水性聚氨酯乳液.用红外光谱对产物进行结构表征.考察了有机硅含量对胶膜耐水性和力学性能的影响.结果表明改性后的水性聚氨酯分散体稳定性好,膜的手感柔软,吸水性降低,对力学性能的影响不大.
A series of waterborne polyurethane emulsions with different siloxane contents were synthesized, which were based on toluene diisocyanate ( TDI), polypropylene glycol ( PPG), Poly ( dimethyl siloxane) with pendant aminoethylaminopropyl groups(AEAPS) and dimethlolpropionic acid(DMPA) , and were characterized by FT - IR spectroscopy. The influences of AEAPS contents on water resistant and mechanical properties of the polyurethane films were investigated. It was shown that the modified polyurethane emulsions were stable and the films had soft hand feeling ,lower water absorption and better mechanical properties compared with unmodified polyurethane system.
