摘要
针对金属塑性成形过程数值仿真技术的重要环节──有限元网格再划分技术进行了深入地研究.提出了一种全自动4节点四边形网格生成方法,就再划分技术中的一系列算法和技术处理方法进行了详尽的分析,并将这种再划分技术用于模锻成形过程的数值模拟.
An important part (remeshing technology of FEM) of the numerical simulation of metal forming process has been elaborately studied in this paper. An automatic mesh generation method is proposed and its algorithms and technical treatments are thoroughly analyzed. This technology has been used to simulate the forging process successfully.
