手性2-噁唑啉基苯酚催化的二乙基锌和芳香醛的不对称加成反应

摘要 以水杨酸和L-或D-氨基醇反应合成了6个手性2-噁唑啉基苯酚,并成功地催化了二乙基锌对醛的不对称加成反应.其中产物Ⅵ催化对氯苯甲醛和二乙基锌的加成反应获得了85%的产率和63%的ee值. Chiral 2-oxazolinyl phenols, Ⅰ-Ⅵ, have been prepared and obtained moderate enantioselectivity in the addition of diethylzinc to aromatic aldehydes. Ligand VI was found to show the best asymmetric induction in the catalysis of the reaction of p-chlorobenzaldehyde to provide sec-alcohol with 85% yield rate and 63% ee value.
