摘要
从绿色粮食生产谈起;概括了国内外气调(CA)储粮技术的理论和应用现状,探讨了绿色储粮工程的必要性和可行性;并提出了在我国粮食仓储企业尽早实施ISO9000、ISO14000和HACCP认证,以适应加入WTO后开拓国际贸易市场的需要,使我国粮食仓储经济走上可持续发展之路。
Talking of the topic of green cereal production, domestic and foreign theories of controlled atmosphere grain storage technologies and there present applications were summarized in this paper; On the other hand, thenecessity and feasibility of green grain storage project were also discussed; A proposal of implementing the identification of ISO 14000 and HATCT as soon as possible in domestic grain storage enterprises has been put forward to meet the requirements of broadening international trade marlcets and make national grain storage economy develop sustainably after China entering WTO.
