摘要
知识产权是人们基于自己的智力活动创造的成果和经营管理活动的标记、信誉而依法享有的权利。知识产权是一种新型的民事权利,是一种有别于财产所有权的无形财产权。知识产权一经国家机关授予,即受法律保护。
Intellectual property right refers to the legitimate right that people enjoy based on their achievements made through their intellectual activities, the mark and credit of their activities in operation and management. It is a civil right of new type, and an incorporeal property right which is different from property right. It is protected by the law at the moment of approval by government offices.
