“补肾益髓”针刺法对痴呆模型大鼠单胺类神经递质的影响 被引量:15

摘要 目的:探讨“补肾益髓”针刺法对老年性痴呆的防治作用机制。方法:采用D-半乳糖加速衰老合并Meynert核毁损为模型,选取百会、风府、肾俞、悬钟、涌泉五穴,连续治疗20d,并采取荧光法检测大鼠脑组织中枢神经递质的含量。结果:行为学测试表明,该疗法能够改善痴呆大鼠低下的学习、记忆等能力;针刺预防组和针刺治疗组与造模组相比能够显著提高中枢神经系统5-HT、NA、DA的含量。结论:“补肾益髓”针刺法能够改善痴呆模型大鼠低下的中枢神经递质含量。 Objective: To investigate the mechanism of “bushenyisui” acupuncture treatment of AD from the monoamine neurotransmitter content variety Method: Adopt the D-half lactose acceleration decrepitude merger Meynert derogation as model, select baihui, fengfu, shenshu, xuanzhong, yongquan,-continue to cure 20d,through the comparison between each one, observe the method to the influence of the AD model big rat study ,remember ability, and adopt the fluorescence method examines CNS monoamine neurotransmitter'content. Result: The pinprick prevention group and pinpricks cure group can improve the content of 5-HT,DA at 0.01 level and NA at 0.05 level, compared with the model group;but the pinprick prevention set and pinpricks cure group did not show the difference; Conclusion: “ Bushenyisui” Acupuncture method can improve the AD model big rat content of the lowly monoamine neurotransmitter, thus improving the study,memory ability.
