摘要
以多糖含量、多糖得率为指标,采用正交试验法对陕北红枣中多糖的提取与分离工艺进行优化。水煎 煮提取的最佳工艺为:优化水平组合为A2B1C2、A2B3C1、A2B2C3、温度为80~90C、料水比为1:15较佳;分离 的最佳工艺为:分级沉淀多糖时,采用浓缩液:无水乙醇(v/v)以1:3效果最好;当采用活性炭脱色时,活性 炭用量为7 g/L时,即可完全脱色。
Taking the ploysaccharide's content and yielding rate as target, the craft of extraction and separation of polysaccharides form in jujube of the North Shaanxi is optimized by adopting the orthogonal testing method. The best extraction craft by water boiling is that the optimized level constitute is A2B1C2, A2B3C1,A2B2C3, the suitable temperature is 80-90 C and the best ratio of material to water is 1 : 15. The best separation craft is that concentration liquid to absolute ethyl alcohol is 1 : 3 when grading precipitate polysaccharide. When adopting active charcoal to decolorize, the consumption of it is 7 g/L, and then the colour can fade completely.
