摘要
针对某火控计算机CPU板的检测与诊断问题,提出了利用专用测试程序实现交互式诊断的方法,在握手测试的基础上,通过自检与被动测试相结合,实现板级和模块级的功能检测和故障诊断。给出了详细的硬件设计方案,提出了故障诊断的基本思路和方法,对同类CPU板的测试和诊断有一定指导意义。
In order to solve the test and fault diagnosis problem of fire control computer's CPU boards, an interactive fault diagnosis method is put forward. On the basis of handshaking test, the whole board's and each module's function test are performed. Then fault diagnosis is done by combining the self test and passive test. The detailed hardware design is put forward; the reasoning method of fault diagnosis is also given. They have much reference value for the test and fault diagnosis of others.
