摘要
贫与富、农民工与传统农民在计划经济向社会主义市场经济转换过程中产生的矛盾,是当前我国农村的主要矛盾。要创新机制,建立公平合理的利益分配机制,加强民主政治和精神文明建设,构建社会主义和谐社会。
There are some current principal contradictions in our countryside, which are caused by the difference between poverty and affluence, the peasant - laborer and the traditional farmer, the changing from planned economy to socialist market economy. In order to solve these problems, it is important to innovate the system, set up fair and reasonable interests＇and distribution＇s mechanism , strengthen the democratic politics and construction of spiritual civilization, structure the socialist harmonious society.
