摘要 介绍了LM-3杀菌剂在大庆油田采油八厂污水处理中的应用,考察了LM-3杀菌剂浓度、药效时间对杀菌率的影响,与其他水处理剂的配伍性和对缓蚀剂缓蚀性能的影响。结果表明,当LM-3杀菌剂浓度为25mg/L,其杀菌率大于95%;能在较长时间内保持杀菌活性;与缓蚀剂ATMP和阻垢剂ZG混合后不产生沉淀;对缓蚀剂ATMP的缓蚀能力也无不良影响。现场应用表明,联合站污水经过LM-3杀菌剂处理后,硫酸盐还原菌小于20个/mL,铁细菌和腐生菌小于100个/mL,达到大庆油田的水质指标。 The application of bactericide LM - 3 in the treatment of produced water in Daqing Oilfield was introduced. The effects of the bactericide concentration and the time after adding into the produced water on the bactericide killing rate were examined and the compatibility of bactericide with other water - treating agents and the influence of bactericide on the inhibiting property of corrosion inhibitor were also studied. The result showed when the concentration of bactericide was 25 mg/L, the bactericide killing rate was over 95 % and the killing activity could be kept for a long time. Any precipitation didn't take place when mixing the bactericide with corrosion inhibitor ATMP and scale inhibitor ZG and the bactericide had no negative influence on the corrosion inhibiting performance of ATMP. Field test showed that the number of sulfate reducing bacteria, iron bacteria, and total growth bacteria were 20,100,100 per liter of water after treating produced water in oilfield meeting the specification of water quality of Daqing Oilfield.
