摘要
连续感应热处理过程存在着强电磁场干扰、非线性、强噪声和过程参数多变性,传统的控制方法难以奏效。本文针对抽油杆的连续感应中频热处理过程,介绍了以PC总线工控计算机为核心的智能控制系统。采用光导纤维红外测温技术,通过智能控制器调节抽油杆在感应线圈中的速度,成功地达到优化并稳定抽油杆热处理工艺参数,提高产品质量的目的,获得了满意的控制效果。
In process of continuous induction heat treatment, there are heavy electromagnetic disturbance, nonlinearity. heavy noise and variable parameters. The existed methods of control are difficult. In this paper, PC-bus industrial computer being as a kernel, the intelligent control system is demonstrated for continuous induction heat treatment of extraction oil bar. The technology of optical fiber temperature measuring is used and the intelligent controllel adjusts the velocity of extraction oil bar in induction coil. The aims of improving the product quality and steadying the parameters of heat treatment are obtained. The control results aTe satisfactory.
