摘要
绩效管理是社会组织管理的发展方向之一。高校作为社会重要组成部分,在内部评价方面存在对象空缺化、主体单一化、方法不确定化、体系抽象化和功能鉴定化等诸多问题,构建以绩效为核心的评价体系,需要坚持和谐性、客观公正性、可操作性、定量与定性相结合、动态性和共性与个性相结合等原则。
achievement efficiency management is one of development direction in social organization management. College is social important composition part, appraisement system exists object vacancy, main unification and indefinite method , system abstract and function appraisement . To found the appraisement system with core of achievement efficiency, we should insist harmoniousness, objective justice, operability and ration , development and general character and character etc.
