董事会与公司业绩关系再分析

摘要基于代理观和资源依赖观对董事会与公司业绩关系的讨论受到了广泛的关注。最近对现有经验研究的元分析研究表明,董事会与公司业绩关系的经验结果是混合的或不具有统计意义的。本文介绍和讨论了这种关系的一种整合模型,并对未来研究提出了建议。
