试验发现,Fe-Cr-Al合金发生反常氧化时出现了AlN。研究表明,AlN的形成不是Fe-Cr-Al合金发生反常氧化的主要原因,但反常氧化易导致氮的侵入形成AlN,而AlN的形成会降低合金中自由铝的含量,因而加剧了反常氧化。
Experiments have found that AlN is formed in Fe-Cr-Al alloys when abnormal oxidation occurs.The result showed that the formation of AlN was not the main cause for abnormal oxidation of Fe-Cr-Al alloys, but resuts from penetration of nitrogen caused by abnormal oxidation of alloys. The formation of AlN will reduce the content of free aluminum in alloys, thus intensifying the reaction of abnormal oxidation.
