摘要
本实验应用放射免疫检测技术研究了以不同方式，多次给与大鼠低剂量氯化镧（ＬａＣｌ＿３）、氯化镱（ＹｂＣｌ＿３）后，血清中生长激素（ＧＨ），胰岛素、Ｔ＿３，Ｔ＿４和皮质醇水平的变化，其结果表明：经腹腔注射，灌胃及尾静脉注射三种方式分别给与大鼠０．０５ｍｇ／ｋｇＬａＣｌ＿３和ＹｂＣｌ＿３１月后．，大鼠血清中生长激素及胰岛素水平均明显增高。
Levels of growth hormone(GH),thyroxine(T3,T4),cortisol and insulin in rat serumwere measured by radioimmunoassay after lanthanum chloride(LaCl3)and ytterbium chloride(Yb-Cl3,0.05 mg/kg×12)administration by various ways.The results showed that the levels of GH andinsulin increased significantly in rat serum after the drug administration for a month by the intraperi-toneal,oral and tail intravenous routes.
