摘要
涂料的性能不仅取决于涂料的配方和其中聚合物的分子结构,而且与聚合物的成膜过程密切相关。成膜 过程分三阶段进行,由于受到试验条件和表征的限制,人们的研究工作主要集中在第一、第二阶段,而聚合物成膜时的 扩散在许多应用中是非常重要的。直到最近,一些先进表征技术在成膜扩散研究中的应用,使得成膜过程的第三阶段 研究受到人们越来越广泛的关注。本文在介绍聚合物成膜扩散的主要理论基础上,对成膜扩散试验研究方法进行比 较,并综述了在此领域的研究情况,从而对聚合物乳胶成膜扩散有较系统地了解。
The performance of coatings not only relies on formulation and molecular structure of polymer binders, but also the film - forming process. Normally film - forming is divided into three steps. Because of limits of technologies of test and characterization, most of studies are only focused on the first and second steps, but the third step, diffusion process, plays very important rule in many applications. Recently , the third step is becoming more and more concerned thanks to the application of a number of advanced technologies in characterization of diffusion study in film - forming process. This article has described the basic theory of diffusion of polymer film - forming, compared different approaches for diffusion study, and reviewed the progress in this aspect for better understanding of the diffusion process during film - forming of polymer emulsion.
