摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗乳腺增生病的临床疗效。方法:将152例乳腺增生病患者随机分为2组,治疗组86例以中药结合月经周期治疗,配合服西药三苯氧胺间断服药,经期停药,治疗3个月经周期为1个疗程。对照组66例以单纯服中药治疗。结果:治疗组治愈48例,显效25例,有效11例,无效2例,总有效率97.67%;对照组治愈22例,显效30例,有效6例,无效8例,总有效率87.88%.2组总有效率比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗乳腺增生病比单服中药疗效好。
Objective： To observe integrated traditional and Western medicine curing mammary gland hyperplastic clinician curative effect. Method： 152 cases be divided into two groups. Treatment group has 86 cases using CTM treating catamenia periods, at the same time using gome tamaxin , stopping drugs during the catamenia, 3 catamenia periods conform 1 treatment period. Comparison group has 66 cases useing TCM to treat. Results： Treatment group has 48 cases be cured, obvious effect has 25 cases, having effect 11 cases, inefficacy 2 cases, general effect rate is 97.67 %; Comparison group has 22 cases cured, bvious effect is 30 cases, in effect is 6 cases, inefficacy is 8 cases, general effect rate is 87.88%. Two group general effect rate to compare, difference salience significance （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion treatment effect of integrated traditional and Western medicine is better than the single treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.
