摘要
对TiNi合金形状记忆效应(SME)的特性、影响因素和工程应用的研究现状进行了综述。着重介绍了TiNi合金SME的特点及其工程意义,合金成分、热处理和加工工艺对SME的影响,以及TiNi合金在驱动器、连接器和紧固件制作,结构变形和开裂控制,结构振动主动控制等方面的应用,并就目前研究的不足以及该研究领域的发展方向提出了一些看法。
The recent progress in research on characteristics, influencing factors and engineering applications of shape memory effect (SME) in TiNi alloys were reviewed. The characteristics and engineering significance of SME and the effects of chemical composition, heat treatment and working processes on SME in TiNi alloy are discussed. The engineering applications of TiNi alloy SME in making actuator, connector and the fastener, the control of structure deformation and fracture, and the active control of structural vibration are evaluated. State-of-the-arts and future outlook in the research field of TiNi alloy are also given.
