摘要
通过锡青铜基颗粒增强复合材料与12CrNi3A,38CrMoAlA,GCr15,Cr12MoV四种不同材料的对偶件摩擦磨损性能及磨损机理的研究,发现配对材料对锡青铜颗粒增强材料的抗磨损性能影响很大。结果表明,在实验条件下,锡青铜基增强材料的最佳配对材料为12CrNi3A。
Friction and wear properties and abrasion mechanism of particles reinforced bronze-based composite and pairing the four kinds of different materials such as 12CrNi3A, 38CrMoA1A, GCrl5, Crl2MoV were studied. It was found that the different pairing materials affected greatly on friction and wear properties of particles reinforced bronze-based materials. The result showed that the better pairing material for particles reinforced bronze-based materials was 12CrNi3A under the conditions.
