摘要
21世纪,科技资源日益成为各国、各地区争夺的焦点。一个地区对其科技资源的合理配置,既是形成区域特色的原因之一,也是促进区域经济发展的动力之一。文章先讨论了科技资源配置的内涵,在对苏州地区科技资源配置的现状及问题分析的基础上,提出了苏州地区科技资源配置的相关对策。
It is increasingly clear that Science＆technology is the first productivity in 21st century.Science＆technology resources is becoming the focus that be scrabbled by every country or region. That one region allocates Science＆technology resources logically is one of the reasons to form regional feature and the drives to facilitate the development of regional economy. This paper discusses the connotation of Science＆technology resource allocation firstly. On the basis of analyzing the status quo and problems of Suzhou Science＆technology resources allocation the writer poses some countermeasures to.allocate the Science＆technology resources in Suzhou.
