摘要
本文从分析当前高校党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争形势入手,就构建高校惩防体系提出了:一是必须深刻领会中央关于建立健全反腐体系实施纲要中的精神实质;二是必须全面坚持工作中的原则要求;三是必须正确把握认识上的五个特性;四是必须努力突出机制上的创新。
By analyzing the current situation of college Parry＇s incorrupt construction and anti-corrupt struggle,this article puts forward the following about settirg up a college curing and preventive system,（i）the spirit and essence of central practice outline on establishing a sound anti-corrupt system must be deeply appreciated;（ii）the work principle and request must be completely insisted;（iii）the five characteristics of cognition must be correctly understood;（iv）the originality in mechanism must be highlighted.
