摘要 [目的]对比分析DSA(d igital subtraction angiography,数字减影血管造影术)、CTA(CT angiography CT血管造影术)在椎动脉检测中的准确性、敏感性和安全性,探讨采用CTA观察椎动脉的价值。[方法]11例新鲜含椎动脉的尸体颈椎标本,模拟人体椎动脉血流灌注,分别进行DSA和CTA检测,并把得出的数据进行对比分析。[结果]DSA检测人体椎动脉直径左侧(3.07±0.6645)mm,右侧(3.24±0.5628)mm,平均直径为(3.16±0.5917)mm,最小值为2.29mm,最大值为4.24mm;CTA检测椎动脉左直径左侧(2.99±0.7146)mm,右侧(3.18±0.5432)mm,平均直径为(3.09±0.6279)mm,最小值为2.04mm,最大值为4.25mm;两种检测方法测量值没有统计学差异;左右椎动脉直径没有统计学差异。[结论]CTA显示椎动脉的敏感性和准确性较高,同时可以观察其与骨性结构的解剖关系。 [ Objective] To analyse the accuracy, the sensitivity and the safety of two detection methods: DSA CTA, and to explore the clinical value of CT angiography (CTA) . [ Method] A total of 11 cervical vertebra with verterarterial of fresh corpse were observed, every sample was analogized human vertebrarterial blood flow filling and was measured the diameter, by using the two photographic methods, then the data were analyzed. [ Result] The vertebrarterial diameter was detected by DSA: left side was (3.07 ±0.6 645) mm, right side was (3.24 ±0.5 628) mm, the average was (3. 16 ±0.5 917) ram, the minimum was 2. 29mm, the maximum was 4. 24mm; By CTA: left side was (2, 99 ±0. 7 146) mm, right side was ( 3. 18 ± 0. 5 432) mm, the average was (3.09±0. 6 279) mm, the minimum was 2.04mm, the maximum was 4. 25mm; there was no significant difference of vertebral artery between the results of DSA and CTA : the diameter of vertebral artery of each side showed no significant difference either. [ Conclusion] CTA can display the vertebral artery more accurately and sensitively and can show its anatomical relationship with bone structure.
