摘要
介绍了全球用药管理工作现状,依据差错的危害程度对用药差错进行了科学的分级和分类;总结和分析了用药程序中,诸如药品挑选和采购、储藏、订购和记录、准备和分发、给药和监测等工作环节存在的主要差错和原因,并提出了有效地预防和控制对策。
The author introduces the present situate of medication management and classifies medication errors according as severity of medication errors： summary and analyze major errors happened in the process of medication management, including selection ＆ procurement, storage, ordering ＆transcribing, preparing ＆ dispensing, administration and monitoring, and relative reasons. In the end, the author suggests effective pretect and control methods.
