摘要
为探讨老油田高含水后期生物聚合物深部调剖的可行性,将代谢产出生物聚合物的菌种及其营养液连续注入地层中,封堵裂缝及大孔道,扩大注水波及体积.在菌种及其代谢产出生物聚合物特性研究的基础上,探讨了岩心注入能力、聚合物产出能力及其封堵调剖机理.通过油井堵水、水井深部调剖矿场试验的跟踪监测和动态分析,明确了影响生物聚合物深部调剖效果的主要环节及因素.矿场油井堵水增油647 t,注水井深部调剖后,周围油井含水下降7.7%~64.5%,有效期12~24 mon.生物聚合物深部调剖设备简单,施工简便,有效期长,成本低,效益好,是一项具有良好前景的增采技术.
This item takes the high containing water oil field as the objective and develps the research of deep water cuting techinque in the microorganism.On the foundation of fungus kind and its supersession output living things polymer's property research,The item discussed about the ability of bacterium injected into porous medium and polymer output,and the mechanism of the bacteriums adjusting water absorbing section.increased oil production to 647 tons,the field testing is carried on that the microbe and molasses are injected into ten water well.Then surrounding oil well synthetical water cut comes down from 64.5% to 7.7% and this result keeps on effectively for one year.In course of examining and analyzing continuously of plugging water of oil well and adjusting water-absorbing section of water well,we have made critical element of influencing field testing effect clear.The studying has pointed out the direction in which we can deeply research the technique and widly popularize in microbial enhanced oil recovery field.
