摘要
窿15井、Q2-33和Q2-17井的空气钻井试验证明,空气钻井能大幅度地提高青西油田机械钻速,但在试验中出现井眼不稳定的问题。文中主要对青西油田地层特性和空气钻井井壁不稳定因素进行了阐述和分析,分析了青西油田Q2-33井空气钻井遇到的井眼不稳定问题,提高了对空气钻井井眼不稳定的问题的认识,对今后空气钻井的设计和施工具有一定的指导意义。
The wells tested by air drilling in Long 15,Q2-33 and Q2-17 showed that air drilling can increase ROP in Qingxi Oilfield,but the problem of wellbore instability was risen.The formation characterization of Qingxi Oilfield and mechanical factors of air drilling wellbore instability are stated and analyzed in the paper.The problem of wellbore instability in Q2-33 made by air drilling has been stated and analyzed.It increases the recognition about air drilling wellbore instability.It is a guide for air drilling design and operation in the future.
