摘要
目的为阐明蒌蒿的有效成分,对其叶进行了系统的化学成分研究。方法 乙醇提取、石油醚脱脂、大孔树脂、硅胶柱 层析。结果分离得到6个化合物。经光谱方法鉴定分别为木犀草素-4',7-二甲醚(4',7-dimethylluteolin)(Ⅰ),11,13-dihydro- matricarin(Ⅱ),柯伊利素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(chrysoerid-7-O-β-D-glucoside)(Ⅲ),木犀草素-4'-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(luteolin-4'-O-β- D-glucoside)(Ⅳ),槲皮素-3-O-β-D-木糖苷(quercetin-3-O-β-D-xylcoside)(Ⅴ),胡萝卜苷(daucosterol)(Ⅵ)。结论 除胡萝卜苷 (daucosterol)(Ⅵ)外,以上化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到;其中化合物11,13-dihydromatricarin(Ⅱ)在10-5 mol·L-1时对 B-16细胞(小鼠黑色素瘤细胞)和HL-60细胞(人原髓细胞白血病细胞)有显著的抑制活性,抑制率分别为93.42%和90.60%; 随着样品浓度的递减,制作用也逐渐减弱。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the chemical constituents in Artemisia selengensis Turcz..METHODS The chemical constituents were extracted with EtOH, degreased by petroleum ether, isolated by column chromatographies on silica gel. RESULTS By using spectral evidences, six compounds were elucidated as 4', 7-dimethylluteolin ( Ⅰ ), 11, 13-dihydromatricarin ( Ⅱ ), chrysoerid-7-O-β-D-glu- coside ( Ⅲ ), luteolin-4'-O-β-D-glucoside ( Ⅳ ), quercetin-3-O-β-D-xylcoside ( Ⅴ ) and daucosterol ( Ⅵ ). CONCLUSION Five com- pounds were isolated from this plant for the first time. 11, 13-dihydromatricarin ( Ⅱ ) significantly inhibited the growth of B-16 cell and HL-60 cell at the concentration of 10^-5 mol· L^-l, and the rates of inhibition were. 93.42 % and 90.60 %, respectively, and the inhibition effects decreased with the concentration .
