树脂对湿式纸基摩擦材料性能的影响 被引量:6

摘要 树脂是湿式纸基摩擦材料的重要成分,对材料的性能有着重要的影响。本文分别采用腰果壳油三聚氰胺改性酚醛树脂和丁睛改性酚醛树脂制备了纸基摩擦材料,并对两种材料的热性能、摩擦磨损性能和表面性能进行了研究。结果表明,丁睛改性酚醛树脂制备的材料综合性能较好,其热分解温度相对较高,磨损率低(2.080×10-8cm3/J),动摩擦系数的压力稳定性和转速稳定性较好,离合特性曲线平稳,未出现明显的公鸡尾现象。另外,材料在摩擦前后的表面形态也较好。 Resin is one of the important raw materials of paper-based friction material and it has great effect on the characteristic of friction material. The effects of YSM resin and FB resin on the properties of materials were studied in this paper. The results show the friction material prepared with FB resin possesses preferable properties The sampie has higher decomposing temperature, ty, and stable on-off curve. There is no good morphological characters. lower wear rate (2.080×10^-8cm^3/J), obvious tail rise and cock tail appear. In good dynamic friction stabiliaddition, the sample has also good morphological characters.
